Bearcat Baked is a new concept by Chef Catalina Colby-Pariseau and her team showcasing a specialized bakery program, micro-sourced coffee from Panther Coffee, and curated beverages. We aim to provide a quick-service bakery and coffee-house style environment, while providing some Bearcat staples along with some new looks.
